About me

Hi! I'm Margot, but you can call me Meg! I was born in 2006, and i'm from Italy. I aspire to become an illustrator, and i'm currently both self-taught and a student at an art high school. I will start my senior year soon.
In 2019, when i was 13, i started sharing my passion on Instagram, and now I'm online!
I draw what i like, but i also draw to express myself.
Recently, i started opening commissions in both digital and traditional styles to gain work experience in this artistic field.I would like to thank everyone who appreciates my art, supports me, and helps me grow <3In short, Margot Di Ciano (Noethymiee) is an artist who creates art for fun and as a form of expression to help others feel less alone.

How does the commission process work?

For digital / traditional (digital format) commission:1. Fill out the commission form and wait for me to contact you to approve or reject your commission.
2. After approval, depending on exactly what you want, we will discuss the price and start talking about ideas and I will say what the price will be.
3. I will make a sketch and i'll show it to you before starting to color it.
4. The payment is made via PayPal or PostePay with this method: 50% in the stage of commission work, finished the work pay the rest.
5. Once the commission is finished, I will email you the file.For traditional (physical format) commission:1. Fill out the commission form and wait for me to contact you to approve or reject your commission.
2. After approval, depending on exactly what you want, we will discuss the price and start talking about ideas and I will say what the price will be.
3. I will make a sketch and i'll show it to you before starting to color it.
4.The payment is made via PayPal or PostePay with this method: 50% in the commission phase work, balance before shipment (view realization).
5. Once the commission is finished, I will show you the finished work and we will think about shipping.

EXTRA:
-The actual price may vary depending on the extras, background and changes, but it is always around that number, in case we discuss it together.
- If you want to add more than one character (maximum 8), the cost is 2€ extra.
-As far as the commissions are concerned in traditional, the shipment outside of italy could increase the cost.Commercial use:
COMMERCIAL (LIMITED)
2x price option - commercial use when the artwork is NOT the bulk of the product (promotional material, social media artwork, YT/Twitch banners/screens, profile pics, fliers, etc.). (Indirect monetary gain)
COMMERCIAL (FULL)
3x price option - commercial use when the artwork is the bulk of the product and you're reproducing or selling it (postcards, charms, shirts, merchandise, etc.) (direct monetary gain)

Terms of service

GENERAL INFO/RULES
- As I will be kind to you, please also be kind and respectful.
- I may also have personal commitments, but even if I don't please be patient with me.
- Please do not complain about my prices and I do not offer discounts for the time being – Art takes a lot of time, passion and commitment and everyone can set the price they want, even if sometimes they do not meet others' expectations.
- DO NOT tracing, modifying, creating a base, copying or claiming the commissioned artwork as your own. No NFT or AI.
- I reserve the right to refuse or request removal of any commission that I deem suitable or not in accordance with my terms or that you have shown to be problematic in any way.
- You do not have permission to take credit for my art or remove my signature.
- I have the right to increase the price if the artwork includes extras – (of course you will be informed in advance)
- Above all, the important thing is that you may like and be satisfied with the final work :)PAYMENTS
- Payment is via PayPal and PostePay (If you have any problems with it, please tell me).
- Possibly the currency in euros.
- The payment method is valid for both traditional and digital.
- 50% in the commissioning stage of work, finished work you pay the rest (for the traditional before shipment).
- My drawings always come with a watermark to protect me.
- If you commission my work for commercial purposes. Commercial commissions will be charged at x2 - x3 of the base price.ADJUSTMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS
- A maximum of 3 adjustments are allowed (price may increase)DELIVERY
- Regarding the timing I will try to finish within a week if I can, if I am busy or there is a queue, it may take a little longer for delivery/ shipping.
- For traditional work shipping, you will need to give me your home address and the days of shipment will depend onCOPYRIGHT
- I hold all rights to the artwork! You can only use it for private purposes, such as republishing it (with credits), etc. If you are not sure, ask me first.
- I, the artist, own all rights to the artwork.
- As the artist, if I have consent, I have the right to use the work as I wish, such as posting it on my page, using it in banners, etc. However, the patron may also be credited in captions. If you wish the images to remain private, please let me know.
- Patrons may use the works for personal use only.
- Commissions are not intended for commercial use unless otherwise specified.
- Examples of commercial pricing and allocation are given below in the appropriate section.
- Do not claim credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Do not remove my signature/mark. A loadable watermarked version will also be provided!
- Please provide proper credit when using my artworkPRIVACY
- All personal information you provide (e.g. name, address, email, private messages, etc.) will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
- Your data will never be shared with third parties.
- The information will only be used for commission-related purposes (e.g. shipping traditional artwork or communication about the progress)
- If you wish to have your data deleted after the commission is completed, you can request it at any time.ANNULMENTS AND REFUNDS
- If you want to cancel the commission and be refunded, it will depend on the processes I am in:
- Initial process: I will try to give you back that 50% you paid me
- Intermediate process: The refund will be less than the 50% given at the beginning

- Regardless of the commercial use option applied, I, as the artist, hold all rights to my work. This is solely a permission to use the work for commercial purposes.Thank you for reading my terms! By commissioning me, you agree to everything listed above.
